So I'm having trouble trying to side-loading the Lenovo Settings App Installing without the store - due to company policy from accessing the store and preferring not to sign to the store and download an app into a new Windows 10 Fresh Install. I downloaded the Official provided app packages here , extracted the files to the desktop and copied and pasted the following provided PowerShell command into a new Administrator PowerShell window after setting the execution policy to unrestricted:.

I then get the following error:. Add-AppxProvisionedPackage : The parameter is incorrect. This thread is locked.
